High Growth Coaching for SMEs
Intermezzo has provided executive coaching resources for a two year pilot scheme covering high growth business coaching to SMEs located in the SEEDA South East England region. The success of this pilot, which was part of a national innitiative for regional development agencies, has resulted in the programme now being formally introduced with increased numbers of companies taking part.
Intermezzo continues to provide executive coaching resources for the programme and has also now been engaged to provide a series of one day action learning workshops for senior executives taking part in the High Growth Business Coaching programme. To gain a place on the programme SMEs must demonstate that they have the potential to excellerate their businesses to an annual growth rate of at least 20%. Merlin Mentor Programme

BDA Mentoring Scheme
